Jett and Allegra are two of my favourite characters. Allegra is a little uptight, a Hollywood princess who is determined to go it on her own to prove her worth. Jett is a laid-back Aussie charmer who wants to mix business with pleasure. And they certainly have a lot of that… pleasure…
Another character I had loads of fun with is Zoe, Allegra’s BFF and business partner. Zoe is outrageous and yes, she gets her own story in Wanton Heat.
At his majesty’s service…or so he thinks.
With her job and her self-respect on the line, advertising executive and reformed bad-girl Zoe Keaton heads to Italy to score a vital business deal. Unfortunately, the guy she needs to convince is the wickedly hot—and totally closed-off—Prince Dominic Ricci, who has no intention of listening to her pitch. So with the queen’s help, Zoe does the only thing that will get the job done. She kidnaps him.
But the joke’s on her when the queen’s matchmaking strands Zoe and the prince on the royal family’s secluded island. Zoe vows not to mix business with pleasure—and prove that she’s more than a spoiled rich girl who bought her way to success—but when the prince turns up the heat, the chemistry between them ignites. Is it just sizzling sex, or could an Italian prince with a tragic past fall for a take-no-prisoners American?
As my readers will know, I love my romance with a side serve of sizzle.
If you’ve read Wicked Heat, featuring Jett and Allegra, you’ll remember Zoe. She’s one of those secondary characters that demanded her own story right from the outset. She’d feisty, bold and outrageous so I needed to pit her against an equally strong hero…enter Dominic Ricci, an Italian prince.
When Zoe has to kowtow to Dominic for work on his island, sparks are guaranteed to fly!
